As some of you have noticed, streams have been few and far between. This is because Comcast has been pretty unreliable. All day long it cuts out in little spurts. This isn’t a problem for most things! Games and movies are buffered or give me time before I lag out completely. Streaming is a different story. It just bleeds out slowly while Picarto and OBS struggle to figure out what’s going on. My now six year old desktop probably isn’t helping either... it doesn’t like losing the stream connection. OBS is likely to lag out itself. 

We don’t have a choice at our apartment complex in service. It’s Comcast or nothing. And they haven’t deemed our spotty coverage an emergency or technical outage so they haven’t done anything. 

Obviously this doesn’t affect most of you. Tier 1 is basically reruns on a three week cycle. And I get a pennies cut from this tier... But it’s still something some of you potentially and technically paid for! So I want to inform you all of what is going on, and that the streams are basically just gonna have to wait for now. I’ve adjusted the tier description to reflect this! You’ll still retain Discord access. Which is still a reward I don’t... understand...? But hey I’m actually in there talking? So what do I know?

Just realistically I can’t make too many plans for the $1 tier. I can put the lost streaming time into more variety of drawings. And at like a few cents per subscriber... yeah... So in this case, if you’re a $1 subscriber, it might be beneficial to jump to the $5 tier or save yourself $12 a year!

sigh... I need a new desktop...
