Hey Everyone!
Thanks for your patience! The thing I've been working on for the last few weeks is ready to go and on the servers for Producers and Ultros supporters! Everything is very basic but it's still pretty awesome. I'm calling it Besti LF, LF for "Literally Fuckable" <3 The game actually went up on the servers yesterday but it took me freaking forever to figure out how to demonstrate it in a video. I need to think of a better way to record this because nothing I tried does it justice.
Here's a video of me (badly) trying to show it off, but just try it yourself it's rad. It's already 2 days late so forgive the lack of fancy production values on this video. I figure my extreme awkwardness on camera will make up for it :P
Besti LF was supposed to be just a demonstration of a few things but once I made it I realized it was a freaking blast, and had to make it into a more fully featured game. Don't worry if you don't have a Quest 2 all of the stuff in this is going into Besti X and eqCy <3
The way it works is that you can conjure up a character (two are built in) and then bind it to a sex toy. The character then can be interacted with sexually by you using the sex toy, and it reacts appropriately and you can see your actual parts penetrating the character as you, in real life, penetrate the sex toy. It's like the toy mode in Besti 9, but way, way more interactive because it isn't on rails. It demonstrates a number of things I wrote for Besti X/eqCy. Specifically:

- Animated characters that can also have physics applied to them. Besti X friend characters exist as a physical object in the world and can have their animation overridden by physical things (like tying them up or otherwise moving them around in a more real way.) In this demo they can interact with the floor, and their entire body reacts to movement that you apply to them.
- Finding where your pelvis is when it's needed. In this demo I'm actually applying a simplified Besti X avatar to the pelvis location, but because it's an AR game, I made the avatar transparent so it can represent your real anatomy. It's incredibly cool to see your real parts go into a character and have them adapt to that. The cameras on the Quest 2 aren't great, but they're good enough to make it a really neat experience.
- The entrance spreading mechanism. The characters in this just have one entrance set up (vaginal entrance) but it reacts to physics and being penetrated appropriately. It spreads to the size of your penis radius, and can get quite distended if there's a significant size difference. I'd like to work on body stretching so you can have stretchy characters, but we'll do that after eqCy's released.
- The modular AI. You can't see it from a user end, but the way the character's AI is set up is as a bunch of modules that are extremely fast. That's why you can have 5 friends up all animating and all running their own physics systems and still stay at a locked 120FPS on the Quest 2. Even when the AI does more than a few things, it's still a hyper-fast system that will scale well, apply to any character that's loaded in, and is easy to manipulate. On her right now I have an eye-dryness system that makes her blink her eyes, multiple procedural physics systems (breast dynamics, ears that flop around, etc...) an eye tracking system, a head and shoulder tracking system, and quite a bit of awareness about your physical size and how she should stretch and expand around you when you penetrate her. To add something new is just to make another module and wire it up.
Besti LF comes out for everyone on Monday and is out now for producers and ultros supporters. <3
If you want a Besti toy (Quest 2 toys now available) you can grab the 3D files for free on https://store.besti.love. A Besti toy for Quest 1 and Valve Index controllers is coming soon, and I'll set something up to ship one to you once I know how much it actually costs to make one if you can't print it yourself. It's physically small enough to print on just about anything and it's a handy way to bring adult toys into games without using a ton of zip ties <3
If you're curious how I did the augmented reality thing in the video, you can do it too if you want to. If you make a porn movie of yourself fucking the rabbit or mouse please put it on pornhub and send it my way. I used an ipad and a program called "Reality Mixer" to do it https://github.com/fabio914/RealityMixer It runs laggy in the video because I was also streaming my camera feed, but if you're just doing the mixed reality capture it looks really good and 1-to-1.
I'm taking tomorrow off completely, and then I'll get caught up on emails on Friday and Saturday, then back to work on eqCy on Sunday <3
