A request from HiddenLotus of his Final Fantasy XIV character, Trace, and you're probably noticing a few things right off the bat. Firstly, I'm delighted to make this the official introduction of flat colour requests, as an alternative to the usual monochrome shading. This has been discussed at length in the Discord server, and after it became clear that, not only do a substantial number of people prefer this over the old style, but it's actually way easier to do and saves a lot of time. I'm still figuring out the specifics of how I want to do it, but this is now an option available to all requesters. I might end up making this the new default starting in December, but it's not definitive yet so keep an eye out for updates.

As for the image itself, Trace has become a notorious target for all kinds of malicious villains looking to take advantage of her voluptuous assets, but this one has reached a new low... just as she reaches a new high, in a more literal sense. I was given free reign for this one, and decided to mess around with an old favourite that doesn't get used often. Of course, this kind of thing would be absolutely absurd in real life, but fortunately, the virtual world is much more forgiving.
