Incoming tier changes 01.07.2020 (10$ changes and 100$ removal)

There's a new "sales tax" incoming on 1st of July for US and some countries outside of EU on Patreon. I expect it to come here too at some point.

To make things consistent I will remove the 10$ request reward from SubStar. As for 100$ tier, I will remove it completely. Nobody needs to give me that much money. Although I appreciate it!

Of course all processed payments until 30.06.2020 will be honored with no expiration date and I will make all your paid-for requests.

I hope 5 weeks of heads up is enough for you to adjust or remove your support if you so desire.
