Ok, HERE'S an English subtitles, for translation. This is an "SRT" file format, which you can edit in any text editor.

If you'll drop this file, to the same folder with MP4 video - it should be automaticly recognized as a subtitle file (if it doesn't - make sure that the video file name and subtitle file name is similiar).

After you translated the subtitles - change the language code, in the filename. Replace "eng" with your country code. You can find codes here.

You can post in the comments, which language is "in the process", to avoid multiple versions for the same language. Please check out the comment section, before translating.
