Finally, it's done. This is the Tickling portion of the Christmas Special.
I gave this one everything I've got in terms of cel-shading and background detail, to really make the last big pack of the year go out with a bang.
Still a few smaller ones left to finish over the next week, but this is the last huge one for 2019, and the decade overall.
Despite this being the Tickling version, the PSD is also attached, which includes the DiD variants.
