A little tickling art of Carrot from One Piece. It's nice to see a character in One Piece who looks a bit more normal. As normal as a furry can look, anyway.

I never really understood why Buggy was even necessary; EVERY One Piece character is practically a clown. It's like an anime about a seafaring circus.
