211 - PAX AU 2023 (Patreon)

Have been away since Thursday at the southern hemispheres largest gaming convention PAX AU in Melbourne Australia. I was setup shooting cosplayers in my famous PAX corner for each of the 3 days and 8 hours straight per day.

I did get to fit in 3 hotel room shoots over the weekend. One Thursday night off the plane straight to the hotel to meet @thatgypsygeek for some shots.

Friday night was my second time shooting @sweet.cheekk who was a little nervous at our first shoot but we got much better stuff I was so much more happier with this time around because she was more relaxed and she knows what to expect.

On my first morning in Melbourne for PAX I saw the incredible morning light from the full wall of window in room on the 19th floor but it's difficult to find someone who wants to shoot at 7am. Luckily @thatgypsygeek is staying at the same hotel and we got some amazing shots 🍑 at our second more impromptu shoot. Above is our starting look. No light setup at all for this, all natural, and that's only happened like twice before in 10 years!
