I different kind of Before|After today with this shot taken out the window of an international flight to Bali in 2013. The shot was taken with a small Fuji X100 camera which luckily is one of the only cameras of its type to take RAW images.

I had no idea what this was when I took it but after later research I discovered it was  Gosses Bluff Range in the Northern Territory and is the eroded remnant of an impact crater located 175km west of Alice Springs.

The original image was very flat lacking any contrast but as it was shot in raw I was able to bring back the colour and contrast to produce this amazing image which I still cant believe was taken out of a window to 20,000 feet.
