Here's a little compilation I made of all of my animations this year with some juicy music to accompany it. :3 There's also a sneak preview of a new animation that'll be released in 2020! ;3

Getting started with animations was quite a bumpy ride for me. Honestly, I wasn't prepared for some of the reactions that I was faced with when I started out. There weren't any that were outright hostile, but it can still feel like a hit in the groin when you spend working an entire week on one animation and then people start bitching that there's no sound and the animation is too choppy. It took me a bit to move past it. The problem with criticism is that while people might be right with what they say, they don't always express themselves in a polite manner.

Anyway! I made it a rule that I would learn something new with every animation I do and so far that has been true. I got to try different features of the program Spine that I use. There's lots to come for 2020 as I got plenty more ideas for future animations. :3 I'm looking forward to it!

The only issue I still struggle with is the process of sharing the finished animation online. There's not really a good website that allows for simple and easy hosting of NSFW stuff. Gfycat is good, but restricts you to 60 seconds. Catbox and Uploadir just allow for simple sharing and don't let you organize your animations. Pornhub is...well Pornhub. And hosting on services like Google Drive and Mega is not really convenient.

Inkbunny and Sofurry both allow for native viewing of MP4 and webm files and I seriously hope that FurAffinity does that too in the future. It's always a pain to put up a submission as a preview or a gif and tell people where they can see the real thing.
