Hi everyone,

for those of you following NSFW content creators and artists on social media, you might have already seen the news that Gumroad is cracking down on adult content and Patreon also revised their terms of service, leaving a lot of people worried.

First of all, I want to make one thing clear: I will NOT abandon my Patreon, deprioritize it or change anything about the way I post and upload stuff here. Unless I get banned, I will continue doing things the way I have done before.

However, seeing as the situation could change at any moment, I want to let you guys know that I also have set up a SubscribeStar account at subscribestar.adult/dreamandnightmare.

I run it the same way I run my Patreon, with the same tiers and the same rules. Right now I am uploading all my stuff simultaneously on here and on SubscribeStar.

I don't want to fall prey to fearmongering or anything like that, but I have been worried as artists I know had their Patreons deleted without a warning and with no concise reply from the platform's customer support. I just want you to know that you can find me on SubscribeStar and all these other sites listed on my carrd: LINK.

My hope is that one platform will see the potential of NSFW content creators and provide a better, safer platform for them. Let's hope this all blows over soon.

This thing about content forbidden to minors broke the balls. Parents who give their child the cell phone/computer without checking it and then complain. It happened like this with Tumblr that it was perfect. These incapable parents should take a course on how to be a parent and control the children

The problem is a bit more complex than that. The payment provider Paypal is actually to blame, as they hold a strong grasp on platforms like Gumroad and Paypal forbids transactions for adult content.

Thanks for this update. This kind of situation is why I enjoy bookmarking my favorite content creators in more than one place. If this platform becomes unviable, rest assured that I'll subscribe to your content elsewhere. Your ability to reach customers and make a living should not be collateral damage in what amounts to a quiet culture war.

I appreciate it! I try my best to post my stuff on as many sites I can manage, because I want people to be able to choose where they want to follow me. That way I also have a backup in case one site goes down the drain.
