These colors have been challenging on skin! I wanted the violet of the sky to color their bodies, but I later realized the reasoning was wrong: the sky went from light blue to violet because of the dusk's orange lights coloring it. Similarly, Zhongli and Xiao's bodies had to be affected primarily by the orange light and only in the reflection by the violet of the sky!!

Luckily I managed to adjust the color shifting the skintone towards orange with the Color Balance Adjustment! (See in the PSD document > WIP_1 folder > Gruppo 1 folder)

I am curious on the reasoning behind the tip of Zhongli’s tail being repositioned, may I ask for your process? ❤️

Sure! In the very first sketch I did a quick stroke as a sort of note to self that "tail goes here", because I needed an element in the foreground to give depth which I didn't wanted to be just grass. When it came to the lineart stage, I thought more in detail that I wanted the tail to coil around Xiao's wrist, and to emphasize on the coiling, I wanted the ending of the tail to be twisting too. Later in the process I realized the tail part in the foreground looked too thin, so I resized it!
