When the sun sets, my anxiety SPIKES! Nobody makes good decisions after midnight and these people never go to bed. This episode in particular was a hard watch. It was so intense. I'm excited for (hopefully) cute dates next episode. I am ALL in for Yu-Jung and Ju-Won. I really want them to leave together and I'm just enjoying the ride for everyone else. My greatest wish is that Dahye and Changjin prove the panelists wrong and show more chemistry 🥹I hope they have an amazing date, but truly... I want whatever Dahye wants. My heart is 100% with her. She's been my main character from the beginning. If she leaves this show with nothing but closure and self love, I'll be happy for her anyways.

Im rewatching you guys watching Episode 1. Its so funny that when they split into the group that went grocery shopping and the ones who stay home, the ones who stayed home are now the couples on the show. They were so awkward back then lol

This might be giving Dong Jin too much credit (and I don’t agree with his behavior on Jeju OR the way he refused to talk to her in Itaewon), but I think the reason he chose EXchange is because he thought it would benefit Da Hye’s career given how much season 2 popped off. Like he said in the profession reveal, he’s her biggest fan. And there was probably a desire to make public a relationship they had to hide for their entire adult lives (choosing to display it 4 months after you break up isn’t smart timing). Now with that said, he’s also a dummy and did not consider if either of them were emotionally ready to put themselves in such a difficult social situation (and neither of them was). Dong Jin needs to face his jealousy and process by himself for a bit. It’s great watching Da Hye make such progress from day 1 and I want her to win the show whatever that looks like for her. Yay for nice dates next episode!

It is crazy how a show with the same premise at Exchange can have a totally different vibe. The sibling dynamics are so entertaining and I like how they are telling us the sibling pairings early. For every episode of Exchange I watch, I need to watch one of Sibling's Romance so I can destress 😂 So far, I like these boys better than the exchange boys...they are all so cute 😍

right?! i was a bit weirded out about mixing siblings with dating but the cast won me over. i love the sibling dynamics 🥺 the guys getting annoyed at the others not voting for their sisters, silently observing them flirting and giving them tips… the guys all seem like green flags too, esp compared to this season of transit love 😬

Dongjin is only just realizing that he had a chance at fixing his relationship w/ Dahye but blew it, and now he's all petulant like a child who broke his favorite toy. Meanwhile Dahye is realizing that she can actually move on and isn't totally lost or broken by her breakup w/ Dongjin, she just needs a little bit of extra closure/confirmation from him that it's what he wants too but he's being too immature to give it to her. As for Dahye and Changjin, I do think at this point they're just becoming friends but I also think if they keep going they'll inevitably become more. Which imo might be what Dahye needs. It sounds like she fell head over heals for Dongjin when they first met, in that way you tend to do when you're 17. She's never gotten to have that experience of properly getting to know someone before dating them bc her and Dongjin weren't even fully formed humans when they started dating. I think developing a friendship and comfort with someone first, without the butterfly jitters of a hormonal teenage crush, could lead to a more mature and grounded relationship. Tho to be fair, now that she can openly date her and Changjin do have much more of an advantage than her and Dongjin ever did.
