I need advice about animation videos (Patreon)

Hi guys, recently I got some advice about making animation (like I did from September to November last year), It is a time-consuming job, and I need to find an assistant to help me, or I have to do it alone, which means I have to reduce the number of paintings monthly (for example, I currently draw 5 paintings a month, if I make two or three animation videos I only draw 4 pictures, the number of variation is not change), please give me some advice.
