i liked 3,4 and 6 for quality i wasnt paying attention to dio or anything else just the painting techniques...also wasnt looking for likeness to movie

For me it was a hard choice between 3, 7, and 15, with 7 barely winning out. A lot of nice paintjobs!

Gotta say, voting for this one is tough. Lots of great paint jobs out there with cool camo patterns and details.

There are so many good submissions. My technique (#3) is pretty basic. I do base layers, a strong wash, then dry brushing base layers back up, and finishing with dry brushed highlights. I would also say that I finish everything with a few light layers of matte clear coat. I think this really brings out the highlights, and makes for better photographs where shine isn’t washing out all your highlights.
