edited/added tiers (Patreon)

I have edited the tiers and added ones. I haven't taken anything off, or changed the tiers that were already there, just worded them better/more clearly.

I also added this one, since I've started doing vids. I have one currently up on youtube, and will be having another later today. This week I will post the first early access vid as well.
