Sand Hat (Patreon)

 Another one of my RP characters. Also known as Sandy. He basically has Gaara powers, but can also turn into sand and slorp around and such as it, among other things. 
Sandy is a half breed, created when his eldritch mother had a fling with a nonsentient sandworm, an extremely odd fetish that was looked down upon. His egg was abandoned, thought to be a fossil by later discovery, and left in a museum for a year, until he hatched, in which he was given to an eldritch hatchery/orphanage to work for his keep. 
Because of this he became an expert in how to care for eggs. Though he was soon sold off into slavery after he reached a certain age, as a breeding tool. His eye was sewn shut during his captivity to keep his powers under control. He escaped with the help of Stein, who removed the stitches.
