He is extremely well versed in legal jargon, stomping down the law through loop holes, claiming he has the companies best interests in his heart, while he shoves more money into his pocket. 

His cutie mark has one of the main terms of service to the companies website, and it is often presented as evidence in court, though a magnifying glass must be used.

He is extremely stern and stiff, except when he hears the mallet of the courts go down in his favor, and the opponent cries, then he gleefully whinnies, if one could call it gleeful, for it sounds more like nails upon a chalk board it's so evil.
