Creating New Animation - Caterpy Tickles Bulma (Patreon)

I think it's long overdue that bulma is ticked by the giant caterpillar. I have seen drawings of this a few times in different styles but I think a little animation might put this over the top. Also I think this needs a foot tickling part.
