I wonder, do you think this might give Leo some concerns as to the viability of Mira? Whether it's just worry about her abilities or their childhood connection. I'd actually really enjoy seeing a shot of a distressed Leo remembering a time when he and Mira showed a playful connection as kids.

Oh definitely. I’m not saying this in a condescending way, I promise: try reading his dialogue out loud. It’s got a whole bunch of pauses, he’s stunned in the first panel, and by the time he comes up with the “alpha grindset” line, even then he stutters a little (like that time he almost cut off Mira’s arm😆) If you speak it, it’s definitely shock quickly drenched in…I dunno, dumb man juice. 😏
