I really think there should be some skill sharing. I have a feeling that they're gonna be together for a while, so it might behoove them to pick up some other skills so that they can share the load more equitably. Also... the true reason Chili's upset. As previously stated, Leo is RIGHT but he's a massive dick about it. They don't have time to bury those people, they have to get where they're going. But leaving them like that feels super disrespectful.

I appreciate the small touch that as they've had nowhere to refresh she's still got traces of blood on her. Indicates they haven't stopped moving since fight. Chilli I think is morally in the right but can't see that practicality is unfortunately necessary. Leo was an ass but not without complete cause. Will be interesting to see what they do next and how Nigel etc fit into the journey.
