Calculating prices is always complicated. 

I tried to prepare a Excel sheet to keep everything in mind and to consider the different points. 

Hopefully using these ones may help you? Feel free to full fill the data and try to get a fair price! Also maybe this could help you to have an idea about what stuff you should consider when you are choosing a price (I used to keep in mind the manufacturing costs only, and just added an extra! It's better to be more rigurous about this!)
