Annual Membership Info 🌺 (Patreon)

Hey hey sweeties!

This is just an informative post about the new update on Patreon! 

From now onthis platform allows Patrons to do an anual subscription to the creator pages, which means thar they can pay upfront for a new year of membership WITH a discount! In my case this discount is a 15% discount in the total of pledges :)

I'm sharing with you the advantages I see from my point of view with this new update ^^

Which are the advantages for the Patrons?

• They will get a 15% discount, so if the initial plans were to support a Creator for one year, this is definitely a good thing!
• They won't have to worry about payments for one year, in case the payment weren't automatic. 
• It's a good way to have an idea of how much the patrons are spending on supporting artists a year. 
• Especially for smaller tiers ($1 or 3$) the initial payment it's quite little, and won't have to worry about the rest of the year, just enjoy the rewards!

Which are the advantages for the Creator?

• Basically we have the money upfront, so this is especially interestig if we have to do an investment or something right now!
• Confidence. One of the creator's fears at the beginning of each month is the uncertainity of how many patrons will delete or edit their pledges. Even expecting that, this insecurities don't make possible that the Creator can consider Patreon an stable income! So an anual membership could give more certainty. 

I just wanted to inform you about this new option, maybe it can be interesting for someone. To be honest I can't just see advantages to this method, and for both sides.
