When I paint my semirealistic pieces I always start with grayscale, I feel more comfort and it’s easy to me to define volumes and lighting, but for me, it’s a bit complicated to add colors later because of the layer modes! So this time I tried to use my usual coloring process of my character art drawings with this semirealistic portrait!
