Usually people look for references for drawing some poses. Pinterest is a great platform to find different sketches and studies, and it's an awesome option to understand and learn. 

Another option is using special dummies for drawing. These are a bit expensive but are useful too! And you can see the character from different points of view. 

But there is a third option, and for me, the best and more natural. You can use 3D tools to obtain different poses for a character. 

So I introduce you to Daz Studio, a free program to create sceneries and objects in 3D and then render them. This app has a lot of tools and options but if you want to use it just as a reference you can download it and add to the space a Geminis (character, it can be female or male). 

You can play with the joints, and the body naturally moves depending on limits and muscles. You can buy different poses from their page if you want too, or use some available poses in the program. 

I find this truly useful since the program is so intuitive and you can see the character with different perspectives! And of course! Learn about anatomy!
