New Blue [Original Story] (Patreon)

I started this story a few years ago. I have some written scripts and scenes, and surprisingly I have almost no drawings of New Blue.

The story began as a version of the Little Mermaid with two guys, but I ended up creating a completely different universe.

After planet Earth became uninhabitable, a few humans moved to a new planet full of water (New Blue), where they made some modifications to live there. In this  society there are many rules to control the birth rate due to the scarcity of resources. New children have been modified to be immune to disease and to consume less water and food.

In this environment Marzo, a mute 14-year-old boy who has a special connection with water, has an insatiable curiosity to investigate what there are beyond the limits established at sea, since it was in his depths where his mother disappeared years ago.

The appearance of a strange creature near the area where his uncle was fishing will encourage him to investigate what happened to his mother, and why he feels so close to that world.

And yes, I have to do a better summary better written haha but that's the idea! The fact that Marzo is mute has a reason. Unfortunately, I saw the movie "The Shape of Water" a long time ago and considering the similarities I preferred to abandon this story for that reason as well.

But well, I hope you like the idea. Maybe I do some more drawing of these two! What do you think? :D

Side note: Marzo means March in Spanish. I know! I have a problem with random Spanish names which aren't actual names at all!
