Wip + tips (Patreon)

Maybe you recognize the character! He is the main character of the Webcomic Uriah ( https://www.webtoons.com/en/thriller/uriah/list?title_no=1607) :3

These days I'm focused on the webcomic and my final university projects so I don't have a lot of time to draw a lot, or to do difficult compositions (altough I really miss draw more dynamic things!). With this quick doodle I wanted to create a mysterious atmosphere... with a dramatic lighting and just focusing on the protagonist. 

For this, I used mostly two colors (I added them in the pic) and just playing with overlay and multiply layers I could create this mood! So maybe the tip is that you don't need to have a huge color scheme to made cool compositions, just know how to work with the colors you use, and of course keep in mind which effect you want to generate!
