Tails is testing out the potency of those GRO drugs he's heard soooo much about in the fanfiction. I think he took a few too many, and read that they activate faster with exercise, caffeine, or elevated excitement.

Well. That's all completely true for the purposes of his story. He ballooned rapidly on his morning jog, becoming quite a muscular, fertile titan.

Why's he go jogging with tech-goggles on? It looks cool. Now he's jizzing so much he's seeing stars.
