Important news regarding my health and more drawing time very soon (Patreon)

Ok of you follow mt social medias or see my journals on deviantart you may already know what is going on but in case you don’t here’s the summary.

Last Sunday night I was trying to deep fry okra and the oil self ignited (we think the stove got too hot too fast). I was able to put out the fore before it did severe damage to my home, but in the process I was burned on my right forearm pretty bad. At first i went to a general practice doctor who simply dressed the wound and wanted a followup in 2 days, which was today. Well, she did not likw what she saw, and transferred me to a local burn unit, who immediately said we would need to do a graft surgery on the wound. They scheduled the surgery for tomorrow, the 13th.

So basically I am able to use my right hand fine because i was wearing an oven mitt over it when i was burned, but my forearm up to the elbow sustained a bad 2nd degree burn. All this means to say, the expeceted recovery time puts me out of working at my job until the beginning to middle of august.

So it looks like for a month to month and half, this will be my primary form of income alongside doing private commissions. As such i am debating on opening a limited slot tier for private 3 panel comic page commissions (or public if you are ok eith me posting it). These will be a limited number for the month and will only be for this month and maybe august. However if anyone wanted to inquire about commissions outside of a patreon pledge, just dm me and we can discuss info.

So that’s what’s new for me. Bad burn, out of IRL work (hopefully collecting medical comp), long recovery time, more time to draw coming up soon. Check back later for specific info on stuff i may be adding to this patreon.
