New Annual Membership option available. Read for info (Patreon)

I was checking in the payment settings of Patreon and noticed that there is the option let people pay for an annual membership instead of just monthly payments. Basically you pay the tier sub for 12 months upfront (with a 10% discount) instead of the $5/month option. I have enabled this if anyone wants to use this pledge option going forward.
