I know, I know, I know.

Nick, why do you keep posting the same character the same way all the time??

The reason being is that I'm not the best artist in the world (nor will I ever be). I needed to lab out how I was going to do these designs over and over to figure out how to get something simple, repeatable, animate-able, and appealing.

THEN, I gotta make sure that Ren'Py (the game engine I'm using) works with the way I construct the layers, which include facial expressions and clothing. Lots of theoretical work.

This is the beginning of the final rendition of this concept. I'm hoping soon to be able to actually have working build of the first scene of My Earthly Home done before the end of the year.
