Update - Sales Tax and junk (Patreon)

Patreon is changing how they process payments and sometimes they're required to collect sales tax base on your individual locations in the world.

As far as I know, my tiers and rewards do not yet qualify for sales tax currently so nothing should change for us right now.

That said, if you are taxed, let me know so I can adjust things. I'd rather be the one to absorb any extra cost. We should be talking pennies here, but still. . . We'll figure it out.
