CoA Episode 3 Act 1 Almost Ready (Patreon)

Hey everyone. I really appreciate your patience with waiting on the newest build of CoA. It's a big boy, compared to the first two Episodes. The explorable areas are much bigger, more vast, the story is bigger, there's a lot more battles, the dungeon is massive... It's a heck of an update and the first new playable story to be added since 2017. I'm excited about it, and I hope it brings joy to folks when they get their hands on it.

Aside from bug fixes, QoL improvements and new zones/dungeon, there's a lot more stuff to look forward to with the new release. The battle system was revamped for all three characters, with level 20 being the point at which their classes unlock their true potential. Tutorials were added into Episode 1, with more to come, there's new steps to unlocking the Secret Character and a bunch of new story additions and changes in episode 1 and 2.

The Southern Great Forest is the biggest map in the game yet, and after reuniting with Fiona and getting through it, you'll find the biggest and most interesting dungeon for the game yet. I do need more time than I expected to bring this update to life but I think it'll be worth the wait. I'm excited to see it released and into the hands of so many devoted Sonic fans. My goal is to have the update out by the middle of April. Two weeks should be enough time to finish it, although I can't be too certain.
