been working on a hc short of how Neuvi first met Carole (Melusines), becoming their friend and finding a purpose for his birth🥹

I always wondered if Neuvi ever had to grow up like regular humans since he said he was born human. Though I don’t see him actually developing a conscious until reaching 10 yo-more like a trance state- and that’s when he emerged from the water to join humanity, but they never accepted him along side them.

During the 10 years of growth he learned from the water’s memories how to become a sophisticated human, which is also why he’s so old fashioned hehe. I hope you like this little short🤭
