Amelia, her mother died in front of her eyes by the hands of her adoptive sister, Madeline(Maddie). In the 14 years they’ve been separated, Amelia was left in the woods to fend for her own until she was found by Lucas. Her hair is white and she has sudden bursts of character changes! (why do her eyes change?). As for Madeline, she’s been through experiments and mental challenges, but eventually was found by Peter, an FBI crook who now helps the Takers take back their people from traffickers, and from those who use the Givers for their powers.

Lucas, he’s been alone almost half his life, with a sick uncle who somewhat controls what he does, and a butler who just follows the rules. Lucas caused a fire at the age of 10, killing both his parents and left with a scar on half his body to remind him of his mistake. During these stressful times, he’s needed his brother Peter the most, but Peter suddenly disappeared without a word for 3 whole years! Poor Lucas.. all alone, in a mansion, at least he had May who helped him through his hard times and listened to him, in exchange, he’d listen to her too.
