Dr Silus Gale.

He is one of Promethean Society's executives and is the Head of their Tech Department. He is fascinated by engineering, physics (especially electromagnetism) and bioelectricity in humans.

He is usually calm, cool, collected. He is tactful but doesn't mind making frivolous jabs every now and then.

He is critical of Lanchester's leadership of the Society, and believes he'd do a better job than her.
