I love the way his eyes stay locked on who he's talking to as he moves his head and the way you can tell exactly what's going through his head based on expression alone. I feel like the arms are a bit stiff though, it seems like they're stuck to his sides even when he jumps forward. Since I assume the focus was on the lipsync/expressions I'd understand not wanting to include the hands. But I still think the arms could be more expressive; you could have the shoulders go back a bit to make it look like he's holding his hands behind his back or have his arms go back a bit when he jumps or something like that. Besides that, the lipsync looks great!

yeah I'll be honest, I wasn't really thinking of the arms, i just wanted to see if i can animate a face that's moving around, but thank you for the feedback bud, body language is important too
