You know, reading the DBS manga and watching the show, I found it annoying that the ruler of the whole multiverse is some alien that acts like a child. Granted, it is in keeping with Dragonball Super's new themes, design and humor, I still found it very underwhelming that the creator of all DB is a blueberry man, especially when all the Z-fighters have to tread lightly around the likes of Beerus and co already- now you have this OP leader come in,

So, in order to splash a little more life into the dynamic of Gods and Angels ruling over everyone, here is MY solution, in all his glory.

One of the functions the bad guy Nyarlathotep has in my story, aside from testing our heroes and giving them a diverse range of challenges, is to throw as much chaos and fun into the lives of the Gods and Angels, as you can see from his fifth dimensional abilities on display here, lol.

And, as you can tell from the Grand Priest's normally boring expression and unflappable disposition, Nyar is causing him all kinds of grief back in the palace, due to "hanging around" constantly and pushing him around. After all, he is the avatar of an all-powerful Great One, so no one can get rid of him.
