In the Tournament of Power Arc of the Golden Age timeline, the Z-fighters of Universe 7 are doing well, particularly Zangya.

After Zangya has managed to take out a majority of the Justice Troopers, Cocotte included, the Hera-seijin is then confronted by Jiren, who views her use of magic, energy absorption, and special ki as a major threat. While she is recovering the purple brick wall manages to get the drop on her and attempts to take her out of the competition with a sneak attack from behind.

However, before his blow is able to land, his attack is interrupted by none other than our favourite half-Saiyan hero, who immediately showcases his displeasure at having his lover and wife get attacked from behind by the lumbering justice warrior.

Gohan and Jiren face off for the first time, all while being watched by a stunned Zangya, who is just in the process of getting a firm grasp of the situation.
