From what I've seen, the One Piece community seems to agree that Ashura is one of the stronger Akazaya. That would explain why Kin'emon was so insistent on recruiting Ashura. It's never been officially stated who's the strongest though. Fun fact: Raizo's epithet was originally going to ''Black Crow''.

I like to think that Queen's long neck is supposed to be reminiscent of a smoke stack, with the cigar adding the smoke. Kinda like Udon's smoke stacks. And I gotta say, I really like the effect Queen's voice has in dino-form, would you call it reverberation?
