Ace was 20 when he died two years ago, so he'd be 22 now. His crew arrived in Wano four years before the current timeline. That would mean he was 18 (he was born on January 1st). Luffy is currently 19. I mentioned in the previous video's comments that Kaido's crew and Doflamingo (also the Donquixote Pirates) have a playing card naming theme. Ace's crew was called the Spade Pirates (ace of spades). There's also the Heart Pirates, named after Rosinante being the ''Corazon'' (=heart) elite officer in the Donquixote Pirates before Vergo (or before he went undercover in G5). Vergo also had the ''Corazon'' title.

The rocks on the rooves are called ''ballast stones''. They're basically used as weights to prevent the wind from picking up the roofing material. Although they might be slightly stylised, since most pictures I could find have rocks that might be fist-sized or a bit bigger.

If I am not mistaken, the Romance Dawn was one of, if not the first(?) Original(?) plan or scetch or wathever for One Piece. The 2 types of pirates was also an actual thing. I must say, while it was cool seeing a diffrent or alternative One Piece, I am glad we got the One Piece we have.
