I remember after Luffy beat Buggy in episode 7 or whatever and Nami said something like "sorry for tricking you" and Luffy responded "No worries, you've been through a lot." Like, Luffy read's you like an open book. At least hear your soul or something like that. That's my favorite thing about him <3

And the whole Robin thing... and now he's gotta do the same with Sanji I guess

I am not caught up on the anime yet and I just saw Momo's flashback and Kaido actually said "Your father is a "silly" lord". Idk but that sounds more intriguing to me. Words can be interpreted many ways for different people even tho you dont know them. Just thought you should know.

Simply put. Roger followed the Log pose to it's end. Only there he found out about the four Red/Road Poneglyphs existed. So he had to do it all over again gathering clues and find the Four Red Poneglyphs that located Raftel.

Man, I adore the szene, where Luffy stops Momo from bowing his head. And I love that it made you "a little weepy" ^^

Fun fact btw.: Wano being a "closed country" is based on a real historical event, where Japan closed it's borders for almost 200 years from the 1600s to the 1800s. The idea is so ingrained in the Japanese culture, that it has it's own word: "Sakoku" (locked land) as opposed to "Kaikoku" (open land), which is what Oden wanted.

Wano is basically Japan in One Piece so if you know any history and mythology it’s probably a reference in the story A few of us will probably explain any dumb references or Japanese jokes in Wano when u get there too 🤣 Tho there’s also a LOT of world history and mythology in one piece that usually no one ever gets unless u were a history nerd 😭 so I like explaining those little things I notice

One of the biggest things that keeps One Piece alive is how well Oda writes the story. He finds small ways to re-ignite the sense of adventure and mystery that is always present and gives us reveals that answer questions just to sprout many more. It's why this story has continued for as long as it has and only invests us further into the world and it's characters. This arc in particular dropped tons of lore about the world and it was also a fun way to show us how close we are to the end of the Grand Line and the revelations that will come once we get there.
