“Mugiwara-ya” has been translated in some versions to “Straw Hatter” but yeah it’s not an honorific as far as I know. Legit paused to type that so I wouldn’t forget xD Disclaimer that I don’t know how you feel about people saying things like “oh this arc is gonna get silly!” Or “omg fight coming up is unreal” or “this arc has one of my top five favorite pantyshots” or anything like that, so if you don’t want to see me mentioning an emotion i will be feeling later, don’t read the next part of this comment lol and I’ll refrain from doing it again until after the arc. Before I keep watching I just wanna say… this will be like the fourth time I’ve had to rewatch Dressrosa now. Dressrosa contains the #2 and #3 things on my list for hardest babyback bitch sobfests One Piece has inflicted on me. I am still going to watch again and get dehydrated because I love watching you react and being on this journey. But #1 was Ace and #4 was Merry so… that’s my scale of weeping.

Yeah instead of get sick with it or w/e, we shall now say BECOME DEHYDRATED FOOLS!

So about Doflamingo's laugh being more normal: I guess I could see it as being slightly more normal sounding, but it's emphasised in the manga that his unique laugh is "Fuufuufufufu". His VA kinda makes it sound more like "Huuhuuhuhuhu" with a very breathy 'H' sound, which I actually like better and it sounds even more menacing. I always got the impression that people with unique laughs in One Piece are always the ones that are very "larger than life" characters, like all of the giants we've met have the strangest laughs in the whole series.
