I've just finished watching this episode myself and I stg, I mean, know they're not exactly the least obvious thoughts, but I feel like we were on the same wavelength. Saying almost literally the same things at the same time, down to the 'you just don't have the body to do it yet' in defense of Yor. Great reaction Boom, can't wait for the next one <3

That was another impressive use of filler to enhance the story. The actual manga chapter was almost entirely the dodgeball game, so all the scenes with Henderson, the training montages, all of those were added in the anime. And, like episode 5, they did a great job of seamlessly expanding the story to add all the extra drama. Plus, they gave Yor a much bigger part than she had in the manga, where she literally showed up in one panel saying she'd train Anya.

If this was all added filler this is maybe the first time I like the filler content way more than the canon. Bill for me didn't fit at all in this kind of story. Maybe if at least something about him would have said "kid"...
