I never really thought of that as being the changing of the guard episode before now but it really does fit/make sense. Also don't worry if you cried, we can't tell if you did because our tears were blocking our sight as well.

Grown ass men crying over a ship in an anime... it's great. There are some (a lot) of wrap up episodes, 317-319 are filler. 326-336 are also filler. One Piece about to give you a heavy feels break for quite awhile, then it will utterly destroy you.

And yes, that is the end of the Eines Lobby Arc, but not of the Water 7 Saga, there are still a few last plot threads to wrap up in the final part of the saga, the Post-Eines Lobby Arc.

It's amazing just how attached Oda Managed to get us to become to a ship of all things. I rarely ever cry, but this... this right here got me.

god...when you already know that the "im sorry i couldnt carry you further" is coming and are already crying in anticipation minutes before it actually happens...congrats for getting there finally, its an absolutely infamous part of the show as you can probably guess. the next few (canon) episodes are gonna be really cool as well, so im looking forward to your reactions to those :))

Shit Boom, Tonight my Cat of 19 years passed away and watching that last section where luffy and the crew say goodbye to Merry...It has hit me in a way I dont think i'll ever forget. I needed that so much, Thank you for creating the oppertunity.

Episode 312 hurts soooo good, I bawled the first time I watched it and it still gets me teary eyed so much to this day. While I do really love the song they used for saying goodbye to Merry, there is another song that I love even more that is part of the Character Song list, sung by Usopp saying farewell... The way his voice breaks near the end gets me teary eyed every time~
