I love Konosuba. It's basically a parody of the isekai genre, while somehow managing to be a decent isekai. And Kazuma is one of my favorite main characters ever. The guy has obvious flaws, but he embraces them like no one else. A bit too ecchi for my taste though, but at least it's "in your face" ecchi, they're not even trying to be subtle about it. Like "here, have some absurd cleavage. Just because."
