It's weird to think about, but looking back on these episodes the stakes seem so low. They were literally fighting for their lives, and Luffy was put in situations he couldn't handle on his own, but with all the hype arcs to come it just seems so small scale now.

Usopp is my favorite strawhat. Dude is scared shitless all the time, no self-esteem, no self-confidence, doesn't have monster strength or is fearless like Luffy, Zoro, and Sanji, and in spite of that, he still shows up for his friends.

Little garden is one of my least favorite arcs in the entire series because I find both the side characters and the villains not as exciting as I want them to be.
