Not at all alike (Patreon)

Going through my commission reference folder, one of the thumbnails (left) looked like a face, even though I knew it wasn't.  On the right is the actual image.

Not the warm-up I was expecting, but I'll take it!  Now I may have to find room for this guy somewhere...
