GOOD NEWS - Word is that as soon as my current contract is completed, ANOTHER may be ready to start!  Not only that, but it will be a long one - 8-10 weeks!  Feels weird going several months without work, end then getting slammed at the end...

The bad news is that pretty much all of my plans have been shot right to hell.  With my free time now restricted to weekends, there simply won't be enough time for everything...

This weekend, I'd like to get the final Halloween page inked & colored.  That usually takes me all weekend, so there's little room for anything else.  If I do get it done, then all three high-res pages will be posted on Monday!

The leftover Halloween ideas...  well, Halloween has come & gone, and my interest wanes with each day.

There is a new idea I do want to make time for, though.  The other day it occurred to me that I haven't drawn a pinup in over a month, and I haven't drawn Daisy nude in longer.  Something needs to be done about that, and a pinup simply won't do!  In fact, drawing a pinup would spoil the joke...  What sucks about this idea, is it's something that I'm tempted to draw now while it's fresh.  But my weekend is already booked...

My other plans - ones I'd made back in September or August - are shot.  I'd originally planned on drawing my Candice comic this month, but there's no time for it.  The plan was also to crank out all 8 pages by the end of the year, so that in January I could then focus on finishing Daisy's 3D face rig and maybe even her breasts.  That plan is also definitely out the window.

For now, we'll have to see what I can make time for this month.  I'm tempted to turn off billing again, just to ease the stress.  I'd already been planning to do that next month, anyway...

Glad you've got some solid work going on, though! Like, stress with money coming in is probably preferable to stress without it coming in.

Agreed, solid work is good. Investment in free time in the future.
