I ALWAYS forget I have this costume, made it quickly for this shoot with Jay Tablante, based on a Mark Brooked drawing.

Might be worth making some adjustments to shoot this again.

I saw a post some where someone asked “Does she even cosplay anymore?”.

I’m sure many of you have heard me say this before but I choose not to rely on cospay to pay my bills. While the movie industry can be very temperamental, but I still very much cosplayer but my movie work days are minimum 12 hours (often more with travel), so by the time I get home I maybe have an hour or two to eat, and do all my life stuff and I’m pretty exhausted by the time I get home to make costumes every night.

Another change is because I’m doing less cons due to work so I have don’t have access to photographers so I have less new photos to share. Cons were a great place to debut my costumes and get shots of them, but I since I haven’t been able to do as many cons, I have costumes sitting in my closet. While I could contact local photographers, it’s about both our schedules lining up, me being in the mood (haha) and usually a shoot takes at least half a day on one of my weekends.. between makeup, getting ready, going to location, doing the shoot, coming home, etc. at least with a con I’m already in costume so it seems like a great time to do it!

So again I know a lot of you are here for cosplay and I am going to keep up with it but I do want to be forthcoming :) I can promise you will see all the content I have to share! And always Im always up for suggestions!!
